Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately through our contact form.

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. boxes (for certain products)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (varies by destination)

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please use our contact form with your order number and tracking information. We'll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items

  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund
